Pam is great
Absolutely disappointing travel agency. This was my second time using Pam and wasn’t planning on using her again but we were traveling for a wedding. The agency lacks attention to detail and efficiency when making travel arrangements. From the very beginning she was unorganized, lacked proper communication and even failed on multiple time to get the correct names of spellings on our reservation and we were traveling internationally. Uninviting, poor customer service. Did not feel comfortable asking questions. I'll find someone else to help plan my upcoming trip rather than spend any money with you.
