Start to finish, an amazing experience with the gastroenterology department for my colonoscopy today. The entire team was efficient, kind, funny, and extremely organized. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. The experience was much better than the one I had at NWM five years ago. I truly felt cared for and respected as a patient, and the customer service was outstanding. It's a beautiful facility as well. Highly recommend Rush and their GI team.
From the moment we walked in everyone greeted and said hi. I thought it would be tough to get around but it was easy. Dr. Munich and staff were wonderful!!
