I initially visited for a quotation and was provided with a price, after which I requested a formal quote. I was instructed to return to the mechanic for this, but when I followed up, I was told they hadn't seen me. After clarifying that I had indeed come in, I was informed that the person responsible for quotations is currently overseas. Everytime I’ve visited its cheap but I feel like it is for a reason.
