I went to have my tooth removed because i couldnt afford to cap it. While he was removing my tooth he knocked off the cap from a root canal next to the tooth he removed. He didn't tell me till my appt was over. He said it would cost me $200 to replace the cap because he had to pay to have it made. I shouldn't have to pay for the cap since he knocked the cap off. I made many calls telling office he should pay for this. They now tell me he doesnt remember if he did it.
I've gone to Dr. PAUL JO DDS since I was a child and he's great. He would only recommend the necessary dental treatments and only perform what is necessary as to gouging your pockets to get more out-of-pocket expense from you. He does right by his patients. For that reason, I am returning to his office as an adult. I do miss falling out of practice getting his free calendars and Rochester chocolates lol. That was a childhood favorite memory.
