Didn’t appreciate my experience with this real estate. Unfamiliar to the area, they rented a unit to us in a retirement village (we are a small family) and once we found out and broke the lease prior to moving in, they tried to claim rent from us when the place had already been leased by new tenants. Better advertising would have assisted in preventing this issue. We also found the staff rather unfriendly and unhelpful with the whole situation. Tenants beware. Worst Real Estate agency I have ever encountered. Take photos of every nook and cranny at the commencement of the lease and question all issues raised at the end of the lease. 85% of the issues raised were proven to be illegitimate and they backed down. Questions were raised thereafter if commission was made from the non refunding of bonds. Fair wear and tear, dodgy paint work among other things are not the the tenant's responsibility. Friendly helpful staff.
Worst rental experience of my life. Rude putrid excuses for women no professionalism and corrupt liars. I tried to deal with them rationally but was laughed at and belittled and they set about destroying my life. Mould issues were ignored and because they lie and can get away with it I'm now on TICA. 7 previous excellent rental references and I get messed over by these low lives.
