I went to Jo-Lin’s over the weekend to go wedding dress shopping with my family. I made a private appointment after hours, because I had 10 people coming from near and far, and I had the BEST experience ever!! Such a wide variety of dresses, employees who truly care and assist you with figuring out what looks best on your body type, and made me feel like a million bucks the entire time. The staff at Jo-Lin’s is very compassionate and understanding. However the lady name Rosie that they referred to alter my wedding dress was not. Very unprofessional, she got blood on my dress and then when I asked for a picture of my dress to make sure the stain was out she told me that she didn’t have time to work on my dress even though before all of this she said she would have it done in no time. The staff was excellent! Went to other stores then came here and they where very sweet, helpful and respectful. I couldn’t decide what I liked and after trying several dresses the staff said you know I got it....the dress they picked for perfect and all I will need is a hem!!!! Meant to be!!! Thank you 🙏😊
