Have been a patient of hers for about 10 years. Overall had been fine until lately. Had an acute issue that needed attention but could have been addressed in clinic. Difficult to get someone from the office to call me back and then was told no providers in the office could see me and to go to the ER or urgent care. Also was told that they won’t come to the ER at BRG to see patients with gynecological issues…only obstetric emergencies.
