Avoid this store if at all possible. I placed a curbside pickup order on a Wednesday, stopped by Thursday to see if it was ready, was told it wasn't but there was a whole roll of the material so I could pull it and wait on a huge line for it to be cut, I decided to leave and wait for an email saying it was ready. Now 6 days later I get an email that the order is canceled because item is no longer available. Maybe if you'd have pulled and cut my order right away someone else wouldn't have bought it out from under me. I could ... read more
Recommended❤️❤️❤️ this store and a couple of the employees. But I hate driving soooo far... but it’s worth it.
RecommendedThank you Joann Fabrics, the donated fabric made about 26 face mask which I donated to Mayo Clinic where I receive my chemotherapy, my Primary Doctors office, and another hospital. Since the fabric donated was a St Patrick design, I used it as the facing, everyone enjoyed the masks.
this curbside pick up is a joke. don't order online and expect it to be any time soon for pick up, it won't happen, they don't answer phones. but are both great any sending emails about you needing to pick up our they'll cancel (they haven't yet, I want them to because I finally got a email from customer service which told me they couldn't cancel) I know what we're up against but don't advertise a service you can't follow thru on!

RecommendedI recommend your store When business is normal. Communication is awful with store pickup and such. I ordered Thursday. It’s Saturday now and after numerous attempts I finally got a person. They are Just now working on orders for last weekend. No indication of when an order will be ready. Nothing. I have to back online and cancel my order.
