Just had the worst customer service, trying to get my order and coupons to load and struggling. I asked to use their paper coupons and was told no. If I didn't absolutely need this for my parents 50th anniversary I would have left
Manager is extremely transphobic and made a disgusting comment to a customer yesterday. There is NO excuse for the way they treated them.
The manager made a disgusting transphobic comment towards my friend after they explained they won’t shop at Hobby Lobby. I am very disappointed. Will never be returning to this location or any other JoAnn fabric stores.
This happened to a friend to many of us. I expect a backlash unless this matter is dealt with in an acceptable manner. The assistant manager, Jeff, suggested I go nextdoor to hobby lobby for a wood oil I was looking for when they didn't have it. I said that I don't shop there. He said that he values that they're consistent and it's not like they wet their finger and stick it in the air and decide what gender they're going to be today and allow men to use the women's bathroom. Only one person cutting fabric. LOTS of bolts waiting t be reshelved. Store looked disorganized and junky.

Their yarn selection has really gone down hill. The closest thing they have to wool is 20% wool mixed with 80% acrylic. Bummer. At least they had some cotton, but that selection was pretty limited too. I was really surprised at how many empty sections they had in this store.
