My first time to actually shop there in many years. Just wished I had longer to check everything out.

Customer service is poor at the cutting table. So glad I have access to other Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores. Is it too much to ask for employees to look me in the eye? I also found that I was not able to get a small small sample of fabric. I commented that I had received samples just last week (at another Jo-Ann) and an employee that was walking by started to argue with me. Really? The whole situation could have been handled so much better. I would rather order on line (they give samples) than step foot in this Jo-Ann again... read more
