They charged my card $50 for an annual membership without warning me that it was coming up. I notified them the minute I saw the charge & they basically told me tough luck. On Monday, October 11, 2021 I went to the store on Villa Maria in Bryan Texas, and purchased a Cricut Easy Press 2, paying $237.08 in cash. Recommendedthe young man that cut my 16 pieces of fabric was polite, professional and knowledgable. He paid special attention to details like cutting straight between obvious pattern prints. A great shopping experience regardless of having to stand in line to get in!
I placed an online order on Saturday. My mother has driven across town to pick it up for me since I have small children and I’ve called 30 times A DAY since Saturday to do the “curb side pick up” and NO ONE answers the phone.
Have done an online order, the email says to call when you get here to pick up the order. Have been sitting in the parking lot for over 15 minutes now calling, but they do not answer the phone!
The lady at 3 pm cutting fabric was not nice but the lady up front checking us out with a hurt arm was so nice. The fabric lady said just one thing I can tell you after our question about how much fabric you think we need for our infant baby blanket was don’t touch the fabric or straighten the fabric I will do that. We really thought she was joking but wasn’t. Older lady.
Prices are good. Ease in finding what I need. And very friendly & helpful staff.
