WOW! JUST WOW! This happened July 19th 2020 I just wanted to share with you all an incident that happened today. I went to Joann Fabrics with my sister to gather materials. We obviously wore masks in the store, and every second an employee came up to us and yelled about how we were wearing them "improperly." I couldn't breathe because I have health issues and I lowered the mask (still covering my mouth) for a minute. RecommendedI was at Joanne’s Fabrics in Hagerstown today. The store’s policy is that everyone must wear masks. 😀 Very friendly and helpful staff. Store was well stocked with lots of lovely fabrics!
I will never step foot in this store again. I feel that one of the employees was rude and racist. She acted like she didn't want to help me and she was very rude.
Why is everyone who works here so crabby? 0 customer service.
