Best mechanic shop I’ve ever worked with. They stand by their work, won’t try and up sell you on something you don’t need and they’re actually personable. They even helped me out while I was on a road trip. Can’t recommend them enough.
If you live anywhere in Northwest Arkansas, I highly recommend taking your vehicle to JNS for anything you need. I’ve taken my cars to JNS for everything from a replacement light bulb to a new clutch and have never been disappointed. Shane and his crew will work hard to be sure your vehicle is exactly the way you want it - every time. Honesty in the car repair business is worth its weight in gold, and you’ll find it at JNS.

I was absolutely blown away with the service I received from them. You always hear about dishonest cheats in this business and rarely about the good & honest ones. I am here to tell everyone, this is one of the honest ones! Great service, had a minor glitch which was fixed immediately the next day at no charge. I have found the place in Siloam Springs that I will be bringing all of my vehicles in for repair & maintenance as needed. 5 out of 5...and I'd give them more if I could.
