Customer called into JNR. They inquired about some concrete cleaning. He was unsure he could get perfect results for a customer so he inquired about the process then passed on the work to us if we could do it. This is the kind of contractor you want to service your needs. He was willing to give up his job to another to make sure customer got the level of quality he was looking for. Some would just attempt the job to get the job and make money. Nice guy easy to communicate with.
