JNM took over the lease shortly after I moved in. They charge you for light bulbs and drip pans if not replaced after I had to replace them when I moved in. Then also charged me for blinds and door stops that were damaged when I moved in as well. So 3 light bulbs, 1 drip pan, mini blind busted $40.00, 1 vertical blind & 2 door stops $70.00. Make sure when you do a walk thru and fill out the move in inspection form to make a copy for yourself!! They never received the one I filled out from the other company. So be very caut... read more
