If I could give negative stars I would . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY "LARRY CRAYTON"!!!! The lie. Took my money, never got a car, gave me excuse after excuse , took them to court, I won and they still will not pay!!!! They will find ANY reason to not pay you. Horrible customer service and HORRIBLE people. I've lost over 10k dealing with JNL. Messed my credit up . Do NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!
Be careful buying a Mercedes Mercedes-Benz does not release repair manuals for their vehicles they are one of the only dealerships that do this check it out for yourself go online and try to buy a repair manual for the vehicle you're interested in none of my other vehicles are like this I am so disappointed that I bought a Mercedes my BMW has no problem finding parts and repair manuals describing how to fix things my BMW has never left me stranded my Mercedes I'm scared to drive anywhere with it because it keeps leaving me s... read more
They treat you well, service was fantastic,had oil changed and ac fixed prices were very reasonable. complimentary engine detail even fixed my hanging license plate. I would use them again.
I'm giving ZERO stars but forced to pick one. This place and its LEADERSHIP are best represented by GREED & FRAUD. They sell LEMONS and will LIE to Judges about their loyal customers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. They give all auto dealerships a BAD rep. They are also a poor representation of their community.
