DO NOT DO BUSINESS with JNL Home Services, Jesus Jamaica President. They cold-called my elderly dad and told him it was time for his AC to be serviced even though he had never used their service. They told him he needed a complete new AC system with a new air handler and a new outside condensing unit which was a lie since his existing system worked fine. They charged him about $9,000 to install a new system, then when it didn't work, they charged him another $6,000 to fix it. Again, his existing system was working fine.We've... read more

An air condition in our warehouse was acting up for some time, and our regular mechanic couldn't seem to identify the issue. I decided to reach out to JNL Home Services. After inspection, they informed me that it's time to get rid of the old one and install a new unit. I took their advice and have had no issues with the AC since then. Grateful to work with this knowledgeable team.
