Very happy with the installation of our new HVAC system. Al the sales tech delivered what he promised and was always there from start to finish. The installers Andrew and his team did a great job. Andrew explained everything. They were all respectful, professional, honest, cleaned everything when they were done and fixed something that was not part of the work. I highly recommend them. Jeff (owner) was there to assist as well.

I put in a weekend call for the technician to come in and they indicated that they would have to charge for it. Fair enough as it was a weekend (even though I have an AmC with them). Then I got an invoice which indicated that I had to pay $75 more as the technician had to use his tools. Not sure if I would ever have a situation where the technician would come over and not use his tool. Seems like a classic bait and switch !!! Disappointed that I fell for it.

Regular customers that needed an update to our system. The employees are always on time and clean up after themselves! Highly recommend

1-28-26 We have an 11 yr. old Trane XV95 furnace. Called JNL for an inspection and was happy with the outcome. Months later furnace motor would ramp up and down when it got real cold (single digits) and code window was flashing 3 red lights. Called JNL and tech determined that the exhaust pipe pitch was off. I asked how can the pitch be off when its been running fine for 11 yrs. He said the installers did a "horrible" job of piping it. He replaced a short horizontal pipe near the furnace and said if problem continues then so... read more
