Your technician, Isaac was very polite and after putting on his booties he explains the work he was going to do. so i went back to the work i was doing. and he went to do the job. at the end i signed the job ordering he left. i closed the garage door and noticed my garden hose, which was curled on the garage floor near the garage door was missing. Andy the tech was a pro. Covered shoes while in the house, diagnosed and repaired AC quickly. Checked if other needs existed and left us cool.
