My accident was Oct 7th 2026 so almost 1 year but their quality of service has fallen off . I had appointment with my surgeon which was prescheduled needed be there by 310 was told when I called at 250 driver was 20 minutes away . Then today I had therapy again prescheduled and they knew I don't like uber cause you dropped off then another driver must be arranged after while you wait. I assisted this company with services and was never paid out. Slow with a bunch of excuses as to why you arent paid out. No one had answers. Also accounting department is absolutely INCOMPETENT. NEVER CONTRACT WITH THEM
