I don't even know where to start! I suppose the beginning would be good. My husband and I were driving for Heartland Express, and we were fed up. We turned our truck in at their Atlanta terminal, and Ms Jacque picked us up in her personal vehicle! Things have only gotten better from there. We have worked for large companies, but they were too big (no name, just a number). A few years ago it was a good company. They need to get their act together and get qualified dispatchers in there. They have / had 2 really good ones but one does the city drivers and the other one went to be a planner. This is the main reason why their losing drivers because the drivers are struggling to make the minimum of 2800 miles per week in order to get their bonuses plus a shitty paycheck to boot. One of the drivers you employ nearly ran me off the road tonight. Tennessee tag U396389 trailer#55097. To make it worse being that you're a driver for a living you should not be driving erratically on a rainy night nor should you be violating Georgia state law by driving in the left express lane. To be fair when he saw the Georgia State Patrol Officer sitting at the Six Flags Over Georgia exit he chilled out.
