Our radiator developed a cracked in it the day before we needed to make the ferry back to Cordova. Of course, it happened on Memorial Day! JNC went out of their way to fit us in and get the job done! Shout out to the staff at O'Reilly Auto Parts for recommending and connecting us with JNC!
What a GREAT experience I had today with this shop! I was driving to a job and noticed my brakes were making a grinding noise (I assumed a rock was in there somewhere). As I was trying to get the rock unstuck in the liquor store parking lot, Juan saw me and called me over to his shop. He got my back end jacked up, wheel off, we found the rock and removed, reinstalled the wheel and had me back on the road in less than 15-minutes. Very disappointed in the ethics of this company! We spoke with the owner on the phone who assured us he could fix our brake line issue as a mobile mechanic. After waiting 5 hours for him to arrive at our location, where we were stranded on the side of the road, he decided our truck had to go to his shop without even getting out of his truck - but said it could be fixed that day if we towed it to his shop.
