I have used JNB service multiple times and been happy with them before BUT our new property he promised to get done In timely manner and did not. Jorge also promised I would have a crew there multiple times and never showed. He also sent a crew to a wrong address a week later then planned. Ceiling texture was messed up after sheetrock was hung which doesn’t look correct. When the painters finally came they slung paint everywhere even on my bran new bathtub. They put up a vinyl fence for me and at first it was great but a couple of months went by and the gate fell off on one side. They fixed it pretty quick but now the other one has fell off and I have been calling over a month and still don't have it fixed. Poor customer service. I have been trying for weeks to get these people to come fix problems on a porch they built for me. Jorge will not answer the iPhone and will not send anyone to get the job done right.
