The entire team at JnB made me feel foolish for calling them before anyone else. I needed to get my AC diagnosed during one of the recent heat waves. Jacob arrived on the same morning of our request for service in our Physical Therapy Dept. He was friendly, efficient and a fantastic problem solver. He asked the right questions and got straight to a solution. I will ask for him if/when I need work again.
