Agreed on $50 plus certificate, we knew it would fail so $40 with a coupon. Nice guy but then decided off paper that the price is $60 instead of $50 before the coupon. So don't use their website to redeem coupons. Make sure you have everything in writing before you have them do the work. Honesty not worth fighting about $10 but its the principle, keep your word. Had mentioned we would bring more cars for smog but at this point not worth my business. Nice guy,parking sucks, just be prepared to pay $50 plus certificate.
Unprofessional and rude! Called to see if they could help with the Smog check for my Chevy they said yes over the phone. I got there and they ask me again year and model of my vehicle, which I had given them already and without letting me finish they interrupted me in a rude manner and said we can't help you. No sense of empathy for my loss of time.
