Military beware - I came here for an inspection for a possible failed lifter on my 2020 gasser 2500 and after 3 days they didn't know what I was even in there for. After explicitly telling them I was in there for a possible lifter failure, they were quick to tell me that it would cost $7 to $10,000 out of my own pocket to claim a warranty against Chevrolet that the lifter had failed. The issue was never resolved, and I ended up without my car for an entire month. While the employees, especially a service rep named “Honey,” were polite, the overall service experience was terrible. I brought in my 2023 Colorado ZR2 for two recalls and a rattling noise from the driver’s door. I had to prove to them that this was a known issue with an official GM bulletin. JN had my truck for nearly a week and couldn’t duplicate the problem but charged me $209 diagnostic fee and $30 tool usage fee. This is a scam and I’ll never go back there for anything.

Customer service needs improvement. Lack of communication. My warranty company couldn’t get in touch with anyone which prompted me to go down to the shop. Couldn’t get a loaner. They had my car for almost a month. Since I had a warranty they charged me an arm and leg for labor. I expected that… I should have listen to my friends. This place sucks
