The issue was never resolved, and I ended up without my car for an entire month. While the employees, especially a service rep named “Honey,” were polite, the overall service experience was terrible. I brought in my 2023 Colorado ZR2 for two recalls and a rattling noise from the driver’s door. I had to prove to them that this was a known issue with an official GM bulletin. JN had my truck for nearly a week and couldn’t duplicate the problem but charged me $209 diagnostic fee and $30 tool usage fee. This is a scam and I’ll never go back there for anything.

Customer service needs improvement. Lack of communication. My warranty company couldn’t get in touch with anyone which prompted me to go down to the shop. Couldn’t get a loaner. They had my car for almost a month. Since I had a warranty they charged me an arm and leg for labor. I expected that… I should have listen to my friends. This place sucks

I dropped my 2025 Equinox here for service after it started falling apart left and right, and from start to finish it was a nightmare. Taisha was my service rep and in three weeks after multiple unanswered phone calls I think I received one update from her stating that they were still trying to diagnose the issues. It wasn't communicated when I dropped the vehicle off that it would need to stay overnight and took a full week to get a loaner vehicle.
