I had a fantastic experience buying a truck from JN Auto and working with Seth. He was awesome through the entire process, no “going back and forth,” BS with another sales manager, and he was honest with appraising my trade in vehicle. I can't say enough good things about JN Auto. I've bought 5 vehicles from them over the years, and I honestly wouldn't keep coming back if they didn't treat people right. They never use high-pressure sales tactics, which makes the whole process comfortable and stress-free. I believe everyone dreads having to get car repairs gone on their vehicles. I had a few things starting to go wrong on my Ford Edge. I debated between investing in the repairs or upgrading to something better. I talked to Jim Bonacci, in the service department at JN Auto in Huntington. He is so knowledgeable about vehicles, repairs, etc. and explained it to me in a way that I could understand. He made me an appointment for a diagnostic for all of the issues that needed attention.
