Came in for a full facial wax, brow tint, and lash tint! Not a single hair left on my face, Kellie really took the time to examine my skin for any hairs left, talked me through every step, and just overall really took care of me and listened to my needs! This was my first time going here and it was wonderful. I hadn’t gotten a haircut in a while. Lovely hairstylists. 10/10 will be getting my hair done again here soon.
Zoe is a sweet girl, but needs more training. I wanted what I thought was a fairly simple cut - a long-ish angled bob. I had a photo with me. During my nearly 90 minute stay, three staff members - Zoe, someone who I believe was a trainer, and an older woman with a pixie cut who must be the manager - worked on my hair and it is still atrocious.
