They were super polite and really engaging. They even included me in the process before they installed the split system unit. Before they left, they tested the unit to make sure it worked and showed me some cool features. Plus, they cleaned up after themselves, which isn’t always the case with tradies. I’m so happy with my install and would definitely recommend them to anyone else.
