Can’t fault JN - their communication was excellent throughout the entire process of upgrading our evaporative system to a ducted reverse cycle. Justin went above and beyond, clearly explaining the best location for the unit and setting clear expectations so everything was well prepared. We had no hesitation recommending JN to a few mates who’ve done similar upgrades.

I highly recommend JN Airconditioning & Electrical WA. Mum (90 yo) was having issues with aircon unit and needed a replacement. Despite being “crazy busy” in the lead up to Christmas and the hot weather, Justin somehow managed to fit Mum in, and install a new unit. Cool Mum, and happy daughter! Justin and his crew (shout out to Tylah!) are just lovely people. Professional; friendly; accommodating; fast; and efficient, with attention to detail. Definitely worthy of 5 stars!
