Well, my blue beater decided it didn’t like its alternator any longer and I had to have it replaced. As you know, there are a few folks, that when you find them, you become a repeat customer. Stylist, barber, restaurant…mechanic is no different. JMW consistently does great work and they are super friendly to deal with. COULD you go with Bob’s Garage and Quickie Mart? When we lived in the area several years ago, we always took our vehicles to JMW. Bobby (owner) always took great care of us for reasonable prices. He was persistent to figure out the problem and get it right. I was headed back here for a visit with old friends when my check engine light came on at 8pm on a Sunday evening. Thankfully, I was able to get the vehicle to JMW and leave my key in the drop box and fill out the online form. I had my alternator fixed and my car is running like brand new!! Everyone on the team was super nice and got me in and out fast. Thank you so much!!!
JMW was absolutely fantastic. They were able to get my car in, fixed, and back to me in just a day. They had all the parts needed already in stock and got to work right away. Their prices are also very fair and competitive, but I really appreciated the transparency they provided during the whole process. More importantly, everyone there was really kind and understanding, and I knew I made the right choice in trusting them. I found my new mechanic ;)
