Bobby took a very hands on approach with my vehicle, updated me throughout the entire process was very honest and super thorough! Water pump, radiator, head gasket, head refurbish, thermostat, timing chain pullys and tensioner, coolant flush, new spark plugs, oil change, oil cooler and housing. Without revealing exact price I can say the overall price for all this work was indeed exceptionally reasonable! My heat went out of my 2013 Chevy Volt. I brought it in on Friday and the part couldn’t be delivered until Saturday. This shop is normally closed on Saturdays. But the owner and the mechanic came in on Saturday just to finish the job. They are the greatest!
I have been an Ohio resident for approximately 4 months. Woke up this morning found a nice puddle of oil on the floor. It's Friday before Thanksgiving and I am leaving Sunday to fly to California. I called Bobby, he returned my call in less than 30 min. Not only did he say he could get it done today, but he re-scheduled a job to have time to take care of me, and that's not all.
