Horrible service. Shafique Khan submitted paystub instead of w2 and now because of him not submitting correct forms I owe IRS money. I tried to speak to the manager and and Khan and all they say is my fault for their mistake. When they said I can give them whatever I have and it was ok.
I was recommended here by a friend . And I've never owed taxes in my life and when I left apparently I owned the government money . Highly don't recommend.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Jmu Tax. Not only did they cancel & my appointment multiple times, causing significant inconvenience, but they also failed to update their contact information on Google, leading me to contact the wrong location altogether today because the door was locked when I got there which is fine if I could have contacted the right office to open the door. To top it off, when my appointment finally did happen, I was made to wait until 3:40 despite it being scheduled for 3:00pm. The lack ... read more
