Maintenance tech Jordan was very helpful to me..really glad he's part the maintenance team!!
I was a tenant at one of their Phoenix properties for 15 months. I would not have left a poor review had management been a bit more helpful. The washer and dryer were broken throughout the entirety of my time there. The ac broke and it took over a week to be fixed. They cheaped out and sent out multiple people to try patch repairs each time that would hold up for a day or so then need to be redone. When almost all my rent money was stolen from my account, JMS worked with me and didn't even charge me the late fee despite me urging them to do so. (I was afraid of looking bad on record and would rather pay it than look negligent) They even offered me an alternate way to pay so I wouldn't have to depend on my bank accounts for paying rent in the future. I was renting from the property in Tempe, AZ, and they took over and raised rent by a 100 dollars, while doing nothing to improve the living spaces. I moved and when I did the walkthrough with the new management, she said everything was good except the door lock needed to be replaced which was 50$. I finally get my deposit over 2 weeks later, and they added a bunch of charges that took more than half. This property management company is the worst!! They evicted me and my family with no reason. No compassion. I paid my rent on time. Good tenant. Still evicted me.
