We truly love the therapists here, but I do need to mention a concern. Since starting therapy, my children have been getting sick very frequently despite only attending two hours twice a week. It’s also common to see other children there visibly sick, which is concerning as a parent. The lack of follow-up regarding missed appointments and make-up sessions has also been an issue. I really wish there were better communication and stronger cleaning procedures in place.
I really enjoy taking my daughter to therapy. Very professional and also are very understanding of issues that might happen & you needing to cancel. Now…. The speech therapist Julia is more than amazing !!!! She truly was sent for my baby. Initially her reg therapist was out one week and Julia filled in for her and immediately I had to have her ! My daughter said a word or two with her. She pushes my daughter and makes her finish task and that I appreciate thank you so much Julia you truly are a gem!
3 year update: We have been here almost 3 years. Now we are at a bigger facility which is great because there is wayyyy more parking. You do have to go inside and use the stairs or elevator which is different and a little bit tougher since I have 3 kids with me at all times but no complaints. My son went there for almost 3 years before we moved to another state. He made so much progress. Their therapists are really wonderful and kind people. We miss them.
Omg I LOVE this place!!! Yasmine is the sweetest speach teacher with my 2 year old! She has a heart of gold and is an amazing teacher!!! Yasmine is so professional and always has amazing educational activities planned! You can tell she's very passionate about her job! My boy is obsessed with her! 💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞Also Alexia is absolutely amazing!!! My older boy loves her!! She is a pro at what she does! All the teachers here are top notch!!!
