Repair work (not on their original work) is very, very expensive and it not guaranteed in any manner. I had a leak around a plumbing pipe on my metal roof. The tech that came out to do the repair was here for maybe 20 minutes (from arrival to departure) and used 1 tube of sealant (maybe not even a full tube, but that was all that he took up) and it cost $650 and has no guarantee that what they did will even fix the issue. A+++ experience. Johanna and Will were outstanding to work with. We had the usual "old roof" issues of moss, general wear and loosening shingles, but our most bothersome problem was ice buildup where the garage roof meets the house. As a result, every winter, we had to fight to open the connecting door due to the weight of the ice above it. I was unable to be on site on the day the work was done, but came the next day; it felt as if the roof had been replaced by magic.
