Had a problem with our bathtub not draining. Called Jay as he had previously worked on our master bathroom remodel. Previous attempts to snake from the tub drain had been unsuccessful. Jay walked me through how remove the overflow plate and pull out and check the drain mechanism. The mechanism was fine but the tub still backed up, indicating a blockage. Can’t say enough good things about JMS. Jay shows up on time, does quality work at a fair price, and makes the whole process easy with his sense of humor. He’s done work for us in the past and just recently installed a new whole house water filter and it went perfectly.
Had a leak in my main water line I discovered while renovating my bsaement foundation slab and Jay got it fixed in an hour! Highly knowledgeable about his stuff and even had some great advice for improving my ongoing drain tile install.
I was able to reach out easily through the website (one of my favorite things to be able to do from a website) and he responded so fast. He solved my problems by the next day and was extremely reasonably priced.
