I had an awful experience with this company due to the receptionist. I called to confirm a booking, only to find out that multiple businesses are operating under the same name. The receptionist was incredibly rude and abrupt, and she actually hung up on me. After that, she called back, yelling at my receptionist and then got transferred to me.
