JMS provided our 4th roof estimate and out of the 4, it was the best combination of appropriate price and right product. We'd previously gotten two estimates for essentially the same roof, at $6,000 higher than the JMS estimate, that were within $100 of each other and included the same sales pitch. JMS put a new roof on our house and garage, replaced windows and siding, put in a new (standard) garage door and most importantly did beautiful pointing of our massive chimney, retaining walls and front field-stone steps. They were and still are worth every penny. They were professional, clean, and courteous with excellent people skills. We have recommended JMS to others and will continue to recommend JMS. In addition, we are going to contact them for another round of work.

JMS Home remodeling were very professional, accommodating, and did an excellent job replacing our roof. They were flexible in coordinating with me while my solar panels were removed by a third party company, their crew were friendly, hardworking, and tidy.
