JMS did a wonderful job putting on a new roof, installing windows, doors, a slider, and new siding. They were easy to work with, completed the work in a timely and tidy fashion. Only downside for me was that it took 3 or 4 months to get started, but once they did it went quickly- and the house looks brand new!!!!! I am thrilled.
My house looks amazing. Matt helped me select the type and color of shingle, and the outcome is perfect. I did not want to do the roof until the fall because I just put in fragile plantings. Matt explained how the old shingles would be removed, and as promised, and nothing was damaged. I highly recommend them. This is not a chain, which is also perfect. The work and the team including their employees were outstanding.
JMS knocked it out of the park on our siding project! From the initial estimate to the final walk-through, Matt and Jim were there every step of the way. Their crew did an excellent job, and Andy’s attention to detail was phenomenal—he really made the finished product flawless. I highly recommend JMS for any siding work!
