i love my therapist tori she’s so helpful
Charlene Benefiel has been my therapist for several months and I definitely recommend her! She is so kind and helpful, and she listens through my situations and gives me ways to get through them and grow through them as well. She is just a very easy person to talk to, and she has always made me feel heard in my feelings. She has helped me learn to set boundaries, and know what healthy relationships with others look like. For as long as I am in therapy she will be my therapist! I highly recommend her and JMS Counseling!!
Charlene has been my therapist for about 6 months and I am so grateful for her in my life. Charlene is very flexible, knowledgeable and personable. She has helped me through a few rough patches in my life so far and I look forward to her help in the future as well. She treats you more like a best friend than a therapist, which I appreciate because it’s more relatable, and I can feel more open with her than feeling like I may be judged by a traditional therapist. I would highly recommend her and JMS counseling!
