My initial contact was positive, but I waited 2 weeks for parts before I began to reach out about my service request. I spoke with Melissa a couple of times and she promised to get back with status of my parts and repair. No one ever got back and she stopped accepting my calls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
