I had three things needing repair or replacement that I could not handle. JMR sent Juan to help me. He was prompt, courteous and professional, and all 3 jobs were done well. He did a great job.
I think they did a great job. We did have some minor changes in scope and they treated me fairly. I will use them again.
I highly recommend JMR Home Services. Great experience start to finish! Workers always arrived as expected and explained work to be done, and cleaned up perfectly each day before leaving. Weekly visit from Project Manager, Ronnie and contact with Andrea Castillo, office project manager daily. She was very patient with me and worked on my schedule which was very sporadic at times. JMR & Employees were a pleasure to work with, and I love my new bathroom!
I contacted JMR to seal my driveway and walk. I started with an email, to which JMR quickly responded. Next an estimator came to my home and photographed the job to generate an estimate. It was reasonably priced. Next, I was contacted via email by Sebastian Ruela, who managed the job with pre and post work contact. He was communicative and the dates and times he promised were accurate. Finally, the work was excellent. I am extremely pleased. The work was solid. And the communication was top drawer.
