If you are considering using JMR Home Services, here are some factors when making a decision on selecting this contractor. I contracted with JMR in Oct for a simple bathroom build out. The required work was in a 8x8 area to install a toilet, shower, and a utility sink, along with floor tile, wall towel on one wall, and a suspended ceiling grid. I was told it was a 2 week job. I got a number of quotes and chose JMR because their estimator Brandon was excellent, and their sales individual Julian was incredibly helpful as I reviewed quotes and had follow up questions. The price was also fair compared to the other quotes I received. I was assigned two project managers, Ronniey and Pablo, and they subcontracted my job.
