We purchased an AC unit and a dehumidifier from JMR. The unit has failed and we are snowbirds. We have called and called with no response. They are great when they sell you and install the units but horrible on service and follow up.
Received outstanding service from the folks at JMR Max. They are honest, knowledgeable, courteous and professional, reasonable in pricing, and very eager to make the customer feel confident and satisfied through the entire process. I am happy to say that I will now be using JMR Max for all of my HVAC needs in the future. We are very happy with the outstanding service we received from them!
