They are honest, knowledgeable, courteous and professional, reasonable in pricing, and very eager to make the customer feel confident and satisfied through the entire process. I am happy to say that I will now be using JMR Max for all of my HVAC needs in the future. We are very happy with the outstanding service we received from them!
