I got my hair cut here a few weeks ago and I wasn’t pleased with the cut I was given. I think the girl who cut my hair was newer. my hair is extremely thick and wavy and isn’t always easy to cut and style. So I didn’t fault the stylist, but I was able to call and let them know I was displeased. They were really nice about getting me back in to fix my hair the way I wanted. Melissa is excellent at explaining what she’s doing and why, and the results are always outstanding. She seriously gave me the best hair coloring I ever had. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. She can solve any hair problem you may have. I highly recommend her!
I went for a haircut with Amy a few days ago and was and am extremely disappointed with my service and experience. While, the trim was done decently, the experience as a whole was more than subpar. I believe when you go to a hair stylist/salon they should be able to fulfill the trifecta including a stellar hair washing, cut and blowout. I really think the blowout is quite an important skill to have mastered. Rachel was amazing! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted for my hair goals and also added her opinion on what would work best with my hair. She was thorough and the communication was great. This was my first time at J. Morgan Salon and I felt completely comfortable that my hair was in the best hands. I will definitely continue to see Rachel! So glad that I saw the article in the Style Magazine. I think I finally found my stylist!!
I love it! It makes me happy! I can look in the mirror again and smile because my hair looks professionally finished. Take her advice!
