I have now had two experiences with JML. The first one was a simple fix of a vent on my roof, I called my go-to roofer and they immediately told me $800 as a minimum. I was offended and called JML. They quickly came to my house fixed it for a minimal fee and told me that's not how they do business, they give you what you need. Yesterday I noticed the cap of one of my vents fell off.
