We had a great experience with JML Roofing. They were very honest and upfront about costs and scope of work. They assisted us in communicating with our insurance and met the insurance adjuster at our home. The work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. Highly recommend JML for roof replacement. Lance was great at explaining our options, spending time answering questions, and meeting up with the claims adjuster on our behalf. We had two roofs replaced back to back. Appreciated Zach at the site to make sure the crew was on top of everything, the before and after cleanup, and loved the drone videos, so we could see the progress.
We started the process of getting our roof replaced late in the summer of last year. Lance was our POC this whole time. He was very responsive, answered all our questions, made sure to work with our insurance company which was a pain in the neck. We finally got it replaced in January 2025 and we are happy with the experience. The team made sure that things are done right and responded to all our feedback. I highly recommend JML, Lance and team. They are professional and do the job right!
