Easy 5/5 stars on my old garage tear-down and JML build of a new 22x24 double. All of the crews that came out were professional and did a very good and through job. The only possible criticism was we felt a little rushed in picking out finishes and colours when we booked the build. When we re-considered and made some changes later in the process they were accommodated. We now have an awesome garage to park and work in.
The build was excellent. Jeff and his men and subcontractors were professional and the work was done absolutely correctly. I will say this I have been in the trades for 46 years and Jeff's crew were the quickest and best organized I have ever seen and the work was exceptional. I would work with them again at anytime.
Excellent workmanship and customer service. I am very happy on how our garage turned out and most importantly it is within our budget. Jeff is very knowledgeable and approachable from the start till project completion. He even went an extra mile to correct and fix small deficiencies by his subcontractor to ensure we are happy with the details. I am satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend JML for any garage projects.

Highly recommend! I received a quote in 2023 for my siding and soffit and fascia, but didn't end up getting it done until 2025. I was really appreciative how enthusiastic Jeff was with both quotes (even second time around, lol) it was the enthusiasm, and the price that had me hire them (approximately 30% less then 3 competitors). Upon completion I can tell you it will be the quality that has me hire them again.
