We have had a unit since of August last year can never get ahold of anyone and our unit got broken into 2 times with a week. I've tried to call and the mailbox is full and I've email him and no answer back and I have had to make a police report. This is our unit they even took clothes too

They hardly ever answer the phone you are instructed to leave a message but the machine is ALWAYS full, I send emails and it takes to get back. I live in Texas it's not like I could go to their office if they even have one. I'm from there and I am storing stuff that my deceased mom and brother left me when they died.

I’ve had this unit for 2 years now. All of the sudden I can’t log in to make my payment. I’ve been trying to contact someone for 3 months now. I’ve called. Sent texts and emails. Sent a check by mail(it came back to me). What is going on here.

We have been trying to get someone for weeks to answer the phone. Mailbox is full so you cannot leave a message. They put a new lock on our unit and we don't have access or any communication with anyone to rectify it.

Would be awesome if they would answer the phone. Have had a unit for over a year, paid on time every month but yet they can't answer the phone for anyone? Been calling every day for two months..
