My mom worked at JMK5 Marina which is owned by this LLC. She worked up until June 2024. In 2024 her paychecks wouldn’t go through due the employer not having funds, horrible management. I have tried contacting this office in regards to her W2 for the past 3 weeks no response at all.
Does not pay sub contractors. I can’t contact anyone from JMK5 accounting. They don’t answer the phones or email. I’m a small business who provided a service and paid for the parts that I installed.
Sub contractors beware
Small business subcontractors beware! This company has yet to pay my husband’s company for work performed over 6 months ago. My husband’s company is a small veteran owned business who invested time and money (purchasing and installing the parts they need). Zero complaints received from JMK5 on the work he performed. The accounts payable department keeps promising payment but $0 received to date. Why won’t you pay him?
