Stay away. Our initial basement project went as planned. The subsequent job remodeling our bathroom was a disaster. Subway tiles were not straight when installed (or when re-installed after we pointed problems out). Despite assuring us that the mosaic tiles on a feature wall would not have the same issues, we came back to a sloppy, uneven job.
