Poor manager- maintenance workers totally inept, but charged top dollar. Most repairs needed to be redone . Laundry money collected miraculously went up by at least $100 a month once owner started to collect it. Look up the word crook and embezzlement .
Nice Service – A very nice man to work with. He has always been professional and responsive to my requests. I am a life-long customer.
2 great decades – Mr. James here at JMJ Property Management has been a great manager for me for the past 20 years and I hope that business relationship continues indefinitely. From every day repairs like painting and plumbing to installing a new drive way and building a garage, James has gone out of his way for us!
Good – This management company has been a pleasure to deal with over the last 6 months or so. They take care of things and have been friendly while doing it.
awesome – They have always exceeded my expectations and taken care of everything. I have never regretted hiring them and would even go on to say that the services pay for them self, in tenant retention and occupancy consistently. They have done a great job for me and I recommend them highly.
Great to Rent From – I can not think of a single bad thing to say about JMJ Property Management. I have been renting from them for almost 2 years, and have also rented from other property management companies in the past. JMJ is definitely one of the best I have ever dealt with. They respond when I call, and everyone at the office is very nice.
