As a local realtor, I work with many management companies and throughout the years, Mary Jo of JMJ has always been very professional and efficient, always a pleasure to work with.
They denied me for an apartment and they stated I'd hear from their head office and it's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything. I met the criteria as far as income and credit score, so why was I denied, is it because of my roommate? Please I'd like to know. Either way, am not worried because I trust God will place me where He wants me!
At our association they are handling the transition from the developer. Handling is a bit of an over statement as they are good friends with the developer, so how do you think that is going to work out. I heard from another association that the same thing happened, and transition from developer did not even take place. Do not recommend.
Would not recommend at all.
