My parents recommended this guy and said they've used him for almost 20 years. That being said, I was more than a little surprised how crappy and expensive he was. My AC went out last week in 107 degree weather. I had an infant and a small child and whisked them away while my significant other (SO) stayed behind in the furnace that was our house.
