James was very knowledgeable with his profession. He was very upfront about what the expenses would be, but i still find it quite expensive for an hour and a half visit that mostly involved using my plunger on the shower drain, and a quick 15 min try with the drain snake. James offered advice based on his knowledge of plumbing and his experience with other homes in the neighborhood and really made me feel good about the whole experience. Called this company because no hot water was working. They came out and looked and said the tank was old and it would be better to replace. Pushed high pressure sales with a new 50 gal. Started work so fast and didn't explain or show any scope of work. $4800 for this. Flashed an ipad to show some pricing and then said they didn't know how any of the money aspects worked and it would be sorted at the end. J.Mills called me back the same day that I called about my plumbing issue. It's nice having a plumber who is punctual-- showed up on time, and did the job. Thoroughly explained what he was doing. I had him look at other things I'd like to get done in the future, too. Set up an appointment for that. Paul did a great job.
